Grappa Primero 0.50 L

As mentioned before, the Grappe are distilled from the remainders of the mash, the so-called pomace. To make sure that only the best of the grapes is revealed, the mash is not completely pressed, which has a significant effect on the great quality of the final product.
The fresh pomace is hermetically packed according its individual variety and immediately transported to the distillery in Mombercelli close to Asti, where Franco Barbero distils these truly enriching essences for us.
The Grappe are surprisingly mild and pleasant without losing their individual character. And so the Grappe (Tiziano or Primero) represent the respective wine’s high-percentage sunny sides.
