When it was first created, one might have thought that the second-born Primero would dethrone its older sibling, this however wasn’t the case.
Nowadays they inhabit the peak of our viticultural Olympus together, delighting people equally – in retrospect this isn’t very surprising as they descend from the same grape varieties.
And so the Primero too demands a befitting culinary accompaniment and should be decanted over a spoon a full hour before consumption.
